How it works
Money
- How instalments work
Paying for a trip or club in parts, on dates the school sets.
- How club deposits work
The part of a club fee you get back when your child comes to the club.
- Things every pupil must pay for
Compulsory payments, the Things to pay for list, and reminders.
- Refunds
When the school gives money back, and how long it takes.
Places and booking
- How places are held while you pay
Your basket does not hold a place. Going to payment does, for a short time.
- How waiting lists work
Joining is free, places are offered in order, and an offer is held for you.
- When things go on sale
Some things open at a set time and close on a set day.
- Who can book something
Some things are only for certain year groups or classes.
Your account and your child’s details
- Why we ask for your child’s date of birth
It proves a child is yours before you see their details.
- Passwords and keeping your account safe
Choosing a password, links that stop working, and keeping your login private.
- Families with two parents or carers
Each parent has their own login, and either one can pay.
- Sixth Form students with their own login
Year 12 and 13 students can book and pay for some things themselves.
Tickets, calendar and emails
- How tickets and QR codes work
One code for each order, scanned once at the door.
- Tickets in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Keep a ticket in your phone’s wallet, and get messages about the event.
- How the calendar works
One private calendar address that keeps itself up to date.
- The emails we send
What we email you about, and which emails you can turn off.
