Refunds are not usual
Payments are not usually refunded. The school decides in extraordinary cases.
Not being able to go, or changing your mind, are not extraordinary cases by themselves.
When you always get money back
If the school cancels something and does not offer another option, you get your money back.
If you were charged twice or by mistake, contact us and we will refund the extra payment.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually take 5 to 10 working days.
